What fuels my passion...

Everyone that know me will say I am NOT a morning person.  So being a teacher mean I can get up at 12:00 pm right???? Ugh, no! More like 5:30am.  The drive to my job is about 45 mins. and the whole time I'm driving I am wanting to turn around and get back in my bed....until the first child walks in and says "Good morning!" or runs to me with a big hug.  Seeing the children early in the morning is what fuels me and gets me amped to start my day.  Seeing those smiling faces and funny/cute moments make it all worth it!

Children's book...

I love the book Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Eric Carle.  This book can teach children so many things.  When I used this book in a lesson, the students learned about different animals, animal sounds, colors, and how animals and people are different.  They learned so much from just one book.  I really love Eric Carle's books!
